Often times following injury, inability fosters inactivity and the individual loses function eventually believing he or she must give up a certain activity. This is often not the case. With proper treatment and exercise, function may be restored. An individualized approach to treatment is optimal for success. Should you have a home gym or belong to a fitness club, arrangements can be made for off site visits.
